"This is a crazed, derro wizard, a 4 1/2 foot tall, blue-black skinned humanoid with large white and pupilless eyes and wild white hair.
He’s got a wispy Fu-Manchu type white mustache. He’s creepy thin, with long arms and three thin fingers on each hand.. He wears a black robe covered in white images of bones and skulls, and has a curved dagger and several pouches. He looks evil and insane. He wields a wand carved from a femur bone, covered with evil-looking runes and fitted with a lizard skull at the tip."
