Here're more sketches~

I was having a hard time deciding between the one dragging the arm from behind, and the mid right design from last batch of sketches (link)

Thanks for everyone's feedback, I really took it into consideration when deciding >.<

The arm dragging one would be fun but this sihoulette seems to work better for me and in terms of the overall design how it'd work attacking,etc. I decided to still go with this direction, made more changes and detail to push the design to be a tad unique hopefully.

Any feedback and crit and ideas to push this even crazier or unique would be great!

Oh~ check out the walking test animation (somewhat makes it look dumb tho) *here*

but great concepts so far. i'm a bit of a newb when it comes to this, but so far it seems pretty good..

i liked this design and i also loved the one where the end of the arm was chopped off was a mouth. haha XD

that'll teach a knight to stick around after severing the arm of a great demon lord.

i know i wouldnt stand there and poke it with a sword.

great character design. very interesting and disturbing.

This is one of those DAMN-I-wish-thought-of-that!!! things. I really like it! Don't worry, i won't "appropriate" it. I'm a comic book type dude. Great great great idea. Fav!

I really like this concept, and I think you chose well from the designs in the previous set of sketches. The only suggestion I would make would be to push the inhuman look of the non-arm part. One of the key things about this concept (to me) is the fact that the "body" is not actually just a body, but multiple small demons all mashed up together.

The large sketch here is moving in the right direction, I think. The smaller, quick things in the lower-right just make the figure look too humanoid.

Also maybe push the right-leg-demon to look even more like an upper torso, head, and arms. Right now its arms look like they've begun to turn into legs. This may have been intentional, but I think it prevents that body part from reading as unusual.

I love the human trapped in the middle. It really adds a sense of scale to the creature.

I look forward to seeing more!

What demon can't be made better with skulls as shells for giant floating eyeballs.
