"He looks calculating and sneaky, and is rather ugly, with a crooked nose, a patchy stubbly beard, a weak chin, and balding hair. He wears a long black leather apron over his loose-fitting ratty clothes, and his high leather boots are bloodstained. His fingers are tented together just under his chin; they’re stained with black smudges and the tips have long fingernails. A dozen surgery tools (some of them rusty) hang from his belt or protrude from pouches in his apron. A large bulging burlap sat sits on the ground at his feet, The top tied shut with a length of rope and blood staining the side and leaking out to form a small bloody puddle at the sack’s base."
