I don't know how interested he would be, or how busy he is and I'm not 100% sure about his abilities to create animated icons but I think Niklas Jansson aka. Prom aka.(Prometheus-Anj) might be a good person to contact for this. [link] I'm sure you know who he is if you post on ca.org a lot.
btw, I'm curious where or how you got/created the code for your note blog? I'd like to spruce up my note/blogs but have no clue about html or how to set that up.
